Responsibilities
Support daily operations, administration, and project coordination
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and take meeting notes
Organize documents, maintain files, and manage operational records
Assist internal communication and ensure smooth workflows
Support hiring, partnership coordination, and event logistics
Requirements
Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
Good communication skills with strong ownership and execution
Proficient with productivity tools (Google Suite, Notion, Excel, etc.)
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Notion AI, Figma AI, Gamma, etc.) to enhance workflow
Administrative or operations experience preferred
